Questions? Contact us

This Cookie Policy explains how SoriVibe uses cookies, local storage, pixels and similar technologies (“cookies”) on our website and related services. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By continuing to use the site after being informed, you consent to cookies as described here and as configured in your browser or consent tool where required by law.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a site. They can be “session” cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or “persistent” cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them).

We also use local storage and session storage in your browser to remember preferences and maintain demo or login state during development previews.

Pixels or tags may be used to measure whether emails or pages were opened or to understand campaign performance, subject to consent where required.

Why we use cookies

Cookies help us keep the site secure, remember your choices, understand how features are used and (if enabled) measure marketing effectiveness.

Blocking some cookies may prevent sign-in, saved filters or other functionality from working as expected.

Types of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary — authentication tokens, security, load balancing, fraud prevention and consent records
  • Functional — language, dismissed banners, UI preferences and form progress in multi-step flows
  • Analytics — aggregated statistics on visits, pages and errors to improve performance (may use third-party tools)
  • Marketing — only if we enable advertising or retargeting later, and only with consent where legally required

Examples (illustrative)

In a production environment we may use cookies with names and durations tied to our auth provider, analytics vendor or CDN. Names and retention periods will be listed in our cookie preference centre when live.

Demo builds may use minimal cookies or local storage solely to support navigation previews without persistent tracking.

Third-party cookies

Third parties such as hosting providers, analytics services, embedded videos or social widgets may set their own cookies when you interact with their content. We do not control those technologies and encourage you to review their policies.

Links to external sites from SoriVibe are not covered by this Cookie Policy.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block, delete or alert you about cookies through settings. Refer to your browser’s help section for instructions.

On mobile devices, operating system settings may limit tracking across apps and sites.

Where we are required to obtain consent for non-essential cookies, we will provide a banner or settings panel to accept or reject categories.

Opting out of analytics does not opt you out of strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function.

“Do Not Track”

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to these signals; we currently do not alter our practices solely in response to DNT headers, but we honour applicable legal opt-out rights where they exist.

Disclaimer — no responsibility

Cookie and analytics data is provided for operational purposes on an “as is” basis. SoriVibe is not responsible for actions taken by third-party providers who set their own cookies, for inaccuracies in aggregated reports, or for any loss resulting from your choice to block or allow particular cookies.

You are responsible for configuring your device and browser in line with your preferences. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoriVibe disclaims liability arising from cookie use as described in our Terms of Service.

Updates & contact

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add features, vendors or legal requirements. Check the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
