Follow these steps in order — each link opens the right place in the app.
Creators: get discovered, apply to briefs, deliver work, and receive project fees directly from brands.
Go to Sign up, choose Creator, and confirm your email if prompted. You land in your creator dashboard — no subscription required to start.
Create free accountOpen My profile: add your role, skills, portfolio links, and payout details (bank or mobile money). Brands use those details to pay you after they approve delivery.
Profile checklistUse Find work to browse briefs. Open a job, write your pitch, and apply. Track everything under My applications.
Browse briefsUse Messages from a job or your inbox to agree scope, timeline, and fee. Keep project updates in the thread.
Open inboxWhen hired, open Projects, finish your work, and send a private delivery link. After the brand approves, they pay you directly using your profile payout details — then mark payment received in the project workflow.
Your projectsUse Log in with the same email you signed up with. You are sent to the dashboard for your role (creator, brand, or admin).
Try logging in — your profile role decides the dashboard. Creators cannot open the brand dashboard and vice versa.
Use the Contact form — messages go to our team inbox (no public support email).
